Our Event Covenor brings years of experience in event management and labor relations. She is also passionate about driving impactful discussions. She is responsible for the overall planning, organization, and execution of a conference. Their duties cover a wide range of activities, from initial conceptualization to post-event analysis.

The Program director is responsible for curating engaging sessions that address the most pressing issues in industrial relations today. He will also manages the event's content and logistics thus acting as the central hub for communication between speakers, attendees, sponsors, and vendors to ensure the conference runs smoothly and meets its objectives.

Our logistics coordinator ensures a seamless experience by managing logistics like venue, catering, and AV; coordinating speakers and marketing; overseeing registration; and providing on-site support, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish for attendees, speakers, and organizers.
